Yes. A double quad (two-seater) is available at €55 per hour with Merzouga ATV, for one driver and one passenger riding together.
How much does a buggy cost in Merzouga?
A buggy adventure in Merzouga costs €120 per hour with Merzouga ATV.
Can I book a quad or buggy for just one hour?
Yes, both experiences are billed by the hour, so a one-hour booking is possible for either activity.
Where does the experience take place?
Rides take place around Merzouga, Morocco, in and around the Erg Chebbi dunes in the Drâa-Tafilalet region.
Is quad biking suitable for beginners?
Many riders try quad biking for the first time in Merzouga. Tell our team if you are a beginner when you contact us, and we will explain the basics before you ride.
Do I need a driving license?
No driving license is required to ride a quad, double quad, or buggy with us.
What is included in the price?
Fuel, a local guide, drinking water, hotel or riad pickup in Merzouga, a sandboarding stop, and a helmet are all included in the hourly price.
What should I wear?
Light, breathable clothing that covers your arms and legs, closed-toe shoes, and something to protect your face from sand and sun, such as sunglasses and a scarf or buff.
What should I bring?

Where is Merzouga?
Merzouga is a town in southeastern Morocco, in the Drâa-Tafilalet region, on the edge of the Sahara Desert beside the Erg Chebbi dunes.
What is Erg Chebbi?
Erg Chebbi is a large expanse of sand dunes bordering Merzouga, reaching up to roughly 150 metres in height — one of the most well-known dune fields in Morocco.
Are there age or weight restrictions?
Drivers must be at least 16 years old. Passengers (on a double quad or in a buggy) must be at least 5 years old. We do not publish a fixed weight limit here — contact our team on WhatsApp with the details of your group so we can advise you directly.
What happens if the weather is bad?
